This class will teach reasoning methods that apply to both the reading and grammar sections of the SAT and PSAT. The timing of this class allows students to prepare for both the October SAT and PSAT. The strategies learned in this class will help students effectively process the overwhelming verbal information on these tests. My goal is for students to better understand the black and white nature of language on an evidence-based test. I will cover different materials in the PSAT crash course, so if you want repeated exposure and practice in verbal reasoning, enrolling in both classes will benefit your student.

This class will cover all levels of math in both the calculator and no calculator sections. Students will learn how to problem-solve instead of relying on memorization. We will also discuss the best timing strategies to manage difficult problems. This class is offered before the October SAT, but if your student needs math practice, enrolling in this class and the PSAT class will be beneficial.
